What Is the Relationship to WB RCM?
Within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled visit, WB RCM should have access to patient and insurance information at all times. Before the patient checks in, the team verifies their eligibility and reviews their eligibility details, including their copay and coinsurance.
All hours of the day, encourage the practise to obtain an early payment rather than waiting 45–60 days following the insurance procedure and the patient statement, etc. Additionally, for clinics that have an internal billing system, WB RCM only participates in the Eligibility process.
