The process was smooth as always and I felt that each person cared which you don't really expect alot when you are shopping. It was also the first time I've had a green pair of glasses and I'm thrilled with the fit and look of them!

Always really well looked after by kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. From the opticians themselves to every one of the support staff. Never feel rushed or hurried or being a nuisance when asking for clarification on the merits of the different varifocal lenses available. Anytime I’ve had an issue with a lopsided frame, worn nose pads, missing ear comfort pads etc they have been only too happy to get me up and running again completely free. And the one time I had an alignment issue with a new pair of glasses, a very small adjustment had my eye looking at exactly the right spot in the lens. It’s all about tiny measurements. I personally, would only ever go to Specsavers now. I love the expertise. I’ve also had a free hearing test in the past and lots of really valuable insight into how my current hearing was. Again, an excellent and welcoming professional colleague saw me. Thank you team for all your hard work. You all seem to love working at Arnold Specsavers!!

Friendly service and no long waiting times. Staff very helpful from arriving, to helping me choose my frames and to paying. Easy to book collection appointment and also arranged a free contact lense trial. Great service and great prices with the buy one get one free offer.

Staff were incredibly helpful and very patient. I struggle with chronic pain and find it difficult to stay in one position for more than a few minutes. The optometrist was very patient and kind and let me repeatedly stand up and move around. The lady who assisted me to find frames that suited me was also very helpful and friendly. My entire visit was a very positive one. Best Specsavers branch I've been to.

Very happy with my eye test here. Having come from Vision Express who are simply shocking. Specsavers are a breath of fresh air. You actually see someone at your alloted time, there's no sitting around & waiting to go into the next room. It's one room to the next, a well-oiled machine.

My experience at Specsavers Arnold was lovely. This was my first time having my eyes tested somewhere new after 20+ years so I was a little nervous. My pre-eye test diagnostics etc were done by Mia who's instructions were simple and easy to understand. I had my eyes' tested by Vinny who was very friendly, we had a great chat about the way modern eye tests are done and how things have changed, my previous opticians did things the old fashioned way, so to speak haha. Vinny made me feel comfortable and was happy to answer any questions about the process. When choosing my frame's Liv helped me pick out two pairs and explained the pricing options to me, she was friendly and understood exactly what I was looking for, I'm loving my new glasses (Thank you Liv!). Liv also explained the different lens coating options and booked my appointment to collect my new glasses. Finally I collected my glasses and was helped by Mary who made the process simple and quick, she made sure my new glasses fit me correctly. Thanks again to all the team! :)

My daughter and I came across three different individuals whilst she was having a routine eye test. All three individuals called her incorrectly, my daughter has a hyphenated first name. All three of them called her just the first part of her name. I corrected all three members of staff that her first name is hyphenated and wished my child to be addressed correctly. The rudeness of staff was appalling. Not, I'm sorry or I do apologise for my / own mistake. This was from assistants to the actual optician herself. If you name was Richard and I referred to you as 'Dick' and this was not your preferred name, I'm sure you would not like it. I understand people make mistakes, but even after correcting staff and pointing out her name was ****** - *** NOT ****** they continued to address her as *****. It is so unprofessional. I am a customer myself and have been with you for a number of years. This is not okay.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Specsavers team and the wonderful optometrist Louise. Both my mother and I were truly impressed by the number of consultants available, the level of attention we received, and the doctor’s professionalism. We are also grateful for the service itself: my mother not only received excellent care, but was also given a gift voucher, which allowed her to choose two pairs of frames. She is now enjoying noticeably improved vision. We can only recommend this clinic — we were genuinely touched by the kindness and professionalism.
