Used to be an excellent service when Abigail was working here. While she is on maternity leave they have a new guy performing the treatments who took one look in my ear and said he couldn't remove the wax, then still tried to charge me in full. Lazy, unprofessional staff then tried to make excuses. Avoid until Abigail returns.

Thank you for such a positive and professional service. I came in for triage and ear wax removal and am highly delighted with the result and advice given. Lydia and Sophie were both very helpful and welcoming. Abigail did the triage appointment and I immediately felt relaxed and reassured. Chloe carried out the procedure and was wonderful. She was very thorough and explained every step clearly and in detail, which I found really helpful. I will be recommending your service and am more than happy to return as necessary myself. I brought my daughter for consultation and possible earwax removal - Abigail was amazing and dealt with my daughter straightaway , she was so relieved and completely delighted with the result in less than 20 minutes she could hear again from her left ear. I took the opportunity to discuss my tinnitus issues and after fitting me in for a quick consult ,I have booked myself in for a full hearing check next week. This was such a worthwhile trip. Abigail and the team are so friendly and knowledgeable - great coffee too!

Abigail and Lydia at Arnold Hearing Specialists were both excellent today when my husband visited them for wax removal. Booking the appt with Lydia was easy and straightforward and we were able to be seen within a couple of days. (Sooner if we had been free)! Abigail was very thorough and professional throughout, and gave my husband some good advice for future reference also. We will definitely return, as and when needed. I attended for ear wax removal and I am so glad that I did! The receptionist is really friendly and welcoming and the waiting area is clean, stylish and comfortable. Abigail talked me through the procedure really clearly and was so lovely. It was quick, effective and quite relaxing. I will return here if I need to because it really has improved my hearing. I had been feeling extremely dizzy over the bank holiday weekend, suspecting that my ears were blocked a friend recommended Arnold Hearing Specialist. I phoned on Tuesday, Lydia the receptionist promptly returned my call and booked an appointment for later that day. I had the triage with Abigail and she took the time to explain everything and was able to removed the ear wax. Both Lydia and Abigail were friendly, helpful and very professional.

The procedure was explained to me in detail and carried out considerately and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will return in the future when the need arises.
