I usually don’t leave reviews, but AWD-IT deserves one. My PC arrived in just 2 days on a Saturday, and everything was perfect from customer service to shipping. The team even called me to offer a free motherboard upgrade that was more compatible with my RAM, which I really appreciated. The PC was packaged extremely carefully, all the original part boxes came untouched, and the build itself is beautiful. I will need to see and update on how it is long term, but so far perfect. Only thing is the C13 power cable that came with the PC was a bit wobbly, but got a new one on amazon for like 5 quid. The PC is balanced, cable management is great. Runs perfectly — Cyberpunk at high graphics. Great value for the price. Definitely happy with the whole experience.

A company is defined by the service it offers and I have always had good service from AWD-IT. Recently a (quite expensive) Gigabyte graphics card I purchased from them developed a fault and needed to be returned for repair. Whilst this was not ideal I can attest to the fine quality of the customer service I received. Inquiries were responded to promptly and courteously, and the speed of repair was also worthy of mention. I had the repaired card returned to me in 15 days instead of the usually quoted 30 days. Of course time will tell as to how the card holds up, but I'm glad I can rely on AWD-IT to make the return process smooth and as hassle free as possible.

I ordered Corsair RAM from AWD-IT to complete a new PC build, only to be told after payment that it was a “pricing error” and I’d have to pay an extra £40 to get my order. When I called, I was then told it wasn’t in stock anyway and the price had since gone up. That alone was bad enough, but the real frustration is the impact it’s had. My build is now delayed, other parts are sitting unused, and I’ve lost valuable time waiting for something that was never going to arrive. If this had been a genuine one-off error, resolved properly with decent customer service, I would have accepted that. Mistakes happen. But instead, the staff were curt and dismissive, and after reading other reviews it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident, it seems to be standard practice for AWD-IT. Meanwhile, the same RAM was available from Amazon and Currys for the same or lower price, so their excuse doesn’t hold up. Building a PC relies on timing and matching components, and they’ve managed to cause maximum disruption with minimum care for the customer. Poor service, poor communication, and no willingness to put things right. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered various parts from the company, good quality and very good packaging. Secure and safe package that had lots of inner protection. Unfortunately a small fan was left out of the delivery and was a crucial part, however they issued a full refund and a tad extra for the inconvenience/ missing parts thermal paste that needed to be purchased. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff that are spot on for problem solving. Will definitely be using these in the future for all future purchases. Even when a product was out of stock and the order had already gone through, they offered a like for like product, very good!

Have brought two power supplies from AWD as I had to return the first as it was not suitable for my needs. Their customer service was excellent as was their returns service. The replacement PSU was ordered on the Friday and was delivered on the Monday, free delivery, can't complain about that. Would highly recommend.

Received the delivery and upon further inspection realised that the main item box was opened completely, without any factory seal. Processor had no box, as well as it was put inside motherboard. Can clearly see they applied thermal paste on the processor too which means items were definitely opened and used or as they say "tested". I DID NOT buy used items. I am utterly disgusted with the service so far and will be seeking a complete refund.
