EDIT: Your a family Very Dysfunctional family You’re in a different state and dictate everything when you have NO IDEA what’s really going on. Your msessage back to me was excuise after excuise . I absolutely am not the only person that feels this way if I walked in there right now you wouldn’t see any employees smiling nor the residents. I’m telling you that yall really need to come in to this facility and see how things run for a week. I’m not trying to be hateful but if I have to I’ll call state and OSHA Or the state labor board . This isn’t just a review from me to you. This is me and about half the employees that currently work for YOU. I feel like everything being said to you isn’t being took very serious. I know a couple people that work here. This company could be so great. But corporate will not let that happen The nursing home I’m referring to is legacy in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Jamie who’s the admin Has been great, but she can only do so much because corporate has to have the final say with every little thing even if an employee is throwing away Company property guess what You can’t fire them you have to write them up over and over before you can fire them. I can’t get the words out that I really want to say, but it all comes down to there is a reason why this company pays as well as they do. It’s because you have to deal with a lot of BS and you will eventually get so overwhelmed that you will quit!! Corporate has no idea how great legacy in Fort Smith could be if they would just get off their butts come down there and evaluate things for a week or so. Do you realize this nursing home is over 100 years old and only has been remodeled once. Everything is outdated. It’s not a welcoming place. It doesn’t feel Like a home, you can tell the residence here are miserable. What you really need to do Is Build a new nursing home in Fort Smith. Last thing I want to mention is this company just lost one of its best workers it could’ve ever had.. She’s newly hired. She’s very recommended for this job. She could’ve made this particular department the best it’s ever been but because corporate is the way they are she had to move on.. It’s really sad because we thought this was going to be a new chapter in our life with a new amazing company. But we were let down. :(

This review is for Ms. Terri. She was my instructor for my CNA classes in Prattville Alabama and she was AMAZING. I’m so glad NHS has trainers that care about the residents and the knowledge of the staff that will be taking care of their residents, hiring Ms. Terri’ to train their employees reflect just that. Ms Terri deserves not only a raise but so much more for how outstanding and thorough her teaching is.

So livid right now. Crossville Health and Rehabilitation has really let my family down; more than once. I really should have started a journal in the beginning. The doctor and NP left my mom's fecal impaction untreated. Doctor wouldnt write orders for her to go to the ER. Today I intervened and got her to the ER where some softball size stool was removed. The nursing home told the hospital that she had a bowel movement the night before. BS! Unit nurse laughs about famiIy saying they were making a complaint. If you will laugh about that, you dont take your job seriously or care about residents. No communication from the doctor or DON as requested 3 days ago. I don't know their reasoning for letting my mom lay with an impaction and in pain. Dr or NP did not even try to remove it manually. Unethical! I wouldn't use this place at all! I'm working on getting my two family members out of there! Greed is definitely more the focus than care. It was proven by not letting her go to the hospital because nursing homes are a business and wanted all of the money to stay in house. Unbelievable! It takes special people to care for others and not just come to work for a check. 0 at Crossville!

I have not personally worked with this company but dealt with a so called recruiter named Margaret Lissete. She sent a check to me for software programs in order to do administrative work that bounced. $1700, scammed from me from this woman who claimed to have represented NHS Management. I'd like to post an update to this and thank NHS Management for there prompt response and assistance in addressing this scam.

I am a returning visitor at your location in St. Augustine Florida. I was born and raised here, so there are a few of the residents at the facility that I have known for nearly half my life (as you could imagine being from St. Augustine) However, My ultimate concern is the treatment of the residents in this particular building. One resident in particular, has had money stolen from her room by one of the night staffers. This person tried to submit a report for the stolen funds but was threatened by one of the staff no doubt, and disregarded the complaint in fear of harsher treatment. The nursing staff always appear to be working, yet most of the residents continue to call for help with no answer.

As a medical doctor, this is one of the most incompetently run, backwards, upside down, and unprofessional organizations I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are the epitome of what is wrong with healthcare in the United States. I highly advise you avoid any nursing home they own.

I was a resident at the pleasant Grove Grove location in alabama and I transferred to Jacksonville Al location on the 29th of November, I told the financial supervisor that I would be leaving soon and she said she would transfer my funds the following day when I left and proceeded to contact her she said it would be a couple of weeks; I left the facility on 11/29/20and still haven't received my funds, she says it's tied up with corporate and I "have to wait because it's not an overnight process"but I don't understand how and the person at this facility even said it shouldn't take this long to complete the transaction
